For five years, I ran an MCS-certified plumbing and heating company with my partner. I experienced the never-ending paperwork that comes with running a business and sat at my desk until the early hours of the morning getting it done.

That experience led me to retrain in bookkeeping and accountancy, combining my practical understanding of the construction industry with my financial knowledge and my Master's degree in International Business Management.
